Destination Hotels came to us with a simple goal: create an engaging video spot that conveys the core tenants of the Destination Hotels brand, while showcasing some of the great property offerings available through their service. Footage from several properties was provided, and the rest was to be decided by the Wave. We were responsible for writing a script that would meet these requirements, producing the music and taking care of the voice over work .
In tackling this project the first thing we did was re-visit the Destination Hotels brand book. We checked out some of the other property videos to get a good feel for vibes at these places. Andy went into the studio and came out with a great piece of music that went well with the ideas being tossed around. The script came next, and reinforces several of the principles found in the brand book. Put it all together and baam, another successful project. This spot is part of a marketing push that (as of the time of this writing) in just a few weeks has driven almost 200,000 views to this piece.
